SUPER CPR

A class designed especially for parents to include 3 first-aid skills in addition to our customized CPR curriculum.
Recommended for all ages

CPR for infants

How to assess an emergency, perform CPR, provide care for a conscious choking infant with a partially or fully blocked airway, help an unconscious infant that has a blockage.
Recommended for expecting parents and parents of infants from 0 - 12 mos

CPR for children

How to assess an emergency, perform CPR, provide care for a conscious choking child with a partially or fully blocked airway, help an unconscious infant that has a blockage.
Recommended for children 1yr – 12yrs

CPR/AED for adults

How to assess an emergency, evaluate an unresponsive patient, perform CPR, work with a conscious choking adult with a partially or fully blocked airway, help an unconscious adult that is choking. (13yrs+)

First-aid/CPR for children

Learn how to combine the safety skills of CPR and First-aid to manage an emergency until professional help arrives. Excellent training for parents and caregivers. We go over the general principles of first aid, medical emergencies, injury emergencies and CPR. Environmental emergencies and AED training are optional.
Recommended for children 1.5yrs – 12yrs

First-aid/CPR/AED for adults

This course focuses on how to manage illness and injuries in the first few minutes of an emergency until professional help arrives. Course content: General Principles, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, CPR. Environmental Emergencies and AED are optional.
Recommended for people 13yrs and older

CPR for the Professional Rescuer

How to assess an emergency, evaluate patients’ level of responsiveness, recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants. Perform one and two-rescuer CPR, use body substance isolation precautions to prevent disease transmission, utilizes pocket face masks and bag-valve masks, use an AED.

CPR for the Healthcare Provider

How to assess an emergency, evaluate patients level of responsiveness, recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants. Perform one and two-rescuer CPR, use body substance isolation precautions to prevent disease transmission, utilize pocket face masks and bag-valve masks, use an AED.

Responding to Emergencies [RTE]

Learn the skills necessary to respond to emergency situations and discover how practicing a healthy lifestyle can help prevent injury and sudden illness. You’ll also be trained to make first aid decisions and provide care for a wide variety of emergencies until professional medical help arrives.

This course fulfills the First Aid requirement for New York State camp counselors. Additional optional modules are available including a one-hour module on administration of an Epinephrine Auto-Injector for camp counselors.
